Jessica Rose is an emerging LGBTQIA+ writer from the Sacramento area. Her existing work includes her novel, The World Above the Waves, a sapphic retelling of the classic fairytale The Little Mermaid. Jessica is currently a student at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she studies English and Creative Writing.
